Chakra Cleansing
This is the method that works for me (Warrior)
Before you start to clear your chakara's I ask you to ground , center and protect
please.
OK get comfortable relax; take 3 deep breaths breathing in love and exhaling
negativity .
We will start with the root chakra. Imagine a spinning ball of light rotating in your
root chakra located at the tip of your tail bone. As the light spins there; let it take all
dark areas away; leaving only positive there. This area effects your grounding,
traumas in love and your survival instincts.
While this light spins in the root chakra; we will move to the next chakra placing a spinning light in the sacral area. Here we intend to create balance, healthy flowing
sexaul creativety and healing energy.
As that light spins we will move to the next chakara, the solar plexus. Place another spinning light in the solar plexus; letting it remove all negativity and leaving only positve energy there. Here is for health, self esteem pride and clearing false ego.
Next we will place a spinning light in the heart chakara this chakara is for love, forgiveness of ones' self and others. This chakra may need more than one cleansing because it is so important.
Next we will start a light spinning in the throat chakara. The throat chakara is for communication with others and spirit through our voice and our mind. This will help
open guidance with our personal guides. As this light spins we will move to the next chakara.
This is the ajna chakara, (Third eye) We will place the spinning light to clear all obsticals so our creativity and psychic energies will flow freely. With this light spinning we will move to the next and last chakara This chakara is the crown chakara.
We place a spinning light here to clear it of obstacals so our .crown chakra will be clear for meditation and inspiration. We let these spinning lights move as long as need be till
you feel free and clear of all obstacals.
Does it matter which way you imagine the light spins? This may be a really silly question, but it always seems like the light wants to spin counter clockwise. Just curious if that means anything?
Greetings.......yes, it does matter which way they spin....clockwise is a vibrant, energized chakra.......counter clockwise means that particular chakra needs work. Alot of healers use a pendulum method to determine which chakras need the most work, and the spin direction notify's the healer what action to take. Last Saturday's class transcript should be up shortly and was about some of the healing techniques used, the pendulum method above was discussed. Please feel free to utilize the transcripts Blessings
