While relaxing (laying, sitting, whatever is comfortable), take a deep breath through your nose, into your diaphram....exhale through your mouth slowly, releasing any negativity or stress. In all, take three deep, relaxing, cleansing breaths then quietly (out loud-flexes throat chakra) recite the following affirmation: My love of life reflect's itself in all that i see & do. I acknowledge my worth & accept my goodness. My nature is whole. I am able to discern the good from what pulls my spirit down. I find wisdom from my past & healing in the present. I use my intelligence & intuition to light my way forward. I cultivate a positive outlook in all situations.
