While relaxing (laying, sitting, whatever is comfortable), take a deep breath through your nose, into your diaphram....exhale through your mouth slowly, releasing any negativity or stress. In all, take three deep, relaxing, cleansing breaths then quietly (out loud-flexes throat chakra) recite the following affirmation: I love to be loved. I am love. Love is at the center of my life. Love heals me & makes me new. Love is all that truly matters in life. Love connects me to the infinite & makes me whole. Love restores my faith in life.
