While relaxing (laying, sitting, whatever is comfortable), take a deep breath through your nose, into your diaphram....exhale through your mouth slowly, releasing any negativity or stress. In all, take three deep, relaxing, cleansing breaths then quietly (out loud-flexes throat chakra) recite the following affirmation: I know that who I am is love, intelligence, & goodness. I am worthy of a good life. I am confident that life will support me through all it's changes. I use my power wisely. I choose life, love, & goodness. I am in touch with the source of my power. I am a radiant & whole being, able to find my path in life.
