While relaxing (laying, sitting, whatever is comfortable), take a deep breath through your nose, into your diaphram....exhale through your mouth slowly, releasing any negativity or stress. In all, take three deep, relaxing, cleansing breaths then quietly (out loud-flexes throat chakra) recite the following affirmation: I trust in the goodness of life to carry me through. I belong wherever I am. I choose life. I affirm my right to the life I know I want. I cultivate constancy, stability, & a wholesome structure to support me through life's changes. I accept myself as I am. I am grateful for the experiences of my life.
