Oven 325 - 350 1 cup crisco 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tablespoons water 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3 cups quick oats 1 pkg choc chips cream crisco and sugars, add eggs and water stir, add rest of ingrediants. dough will be very stiff just keep mixin. then flour surface roll out dough and cut with round cookie cutter or i use a glass. bake until light brown. watch them they do not spread much and easy to burn.......you will know when they done!
