1 bottle 750 ml Inglenook de-alcoholozed Cardonnay/Blanc
1/4-1/2 cup dried elder flowers
your favorite sparkling water or seltzer
1 quart glass canning jar
place 1/4 - 1/2 cup elder flowers in glass canning jar.... add 750 ml bottle of de-alcoholized wine.... let steep in fridge 24-48 hrs.....strain and put back in jar....keep cold....
to serve, in a 12 oz. glass place ice cubes(optional) and 5-6 oz of wine....top off with sparkling water or seltzer....
This looks like and tastes like the real thing.....great substitute for sparkling cider or the ready-made dealcoholized bubbly(cheaper too, than the ready-made stuff anyway)
