From the Kitchen of: Darcey All Purpose Truffle Filling 1/2 c heavy Cream 9 oz chopped chocolate (Approx. 9 waffers of candy melts = 1 oz) 2 Tbsp Butter 1-2 Tbsp Flavoring 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup (Light) Melt Chocolate in double boiler. Set to side. Bring cream to simmer, Remove from heat (Remember to stir), add in butter & gently stir until melted. Add in Syrup, Flavoring (and coloring if needed), Whisk Well. Pour Chocolate slowly into cream mixture & Whisk Well til blended. Let Sit until firm. Beat on Medium Speed until Creamy. Fill your favorite shaped Truffle candies and enjoy. OR use as middle filling layer for cakes . Enjoy,
