1c Hot water 2 sm bx orange jello 1c cold water (you may also replace this w/ 1 can chilled soda-orange or lemon lime for an extra kick) 2 sm cans mandarinorange slices (Drained) 8oz cream cheese 1 1/2c cool whip (I always add more ) Heat 1 c watre to boiling... dissolve gelatin in it. Add in cold water and refridgerate, allow to only partially set (Kind of has a slimy consistency at proper point). Drain mandaring oranges, place in blender/food processor w/ rest of ingreants, inc. the jello. Blend together until a soft smooth peachy consistancy. Chill till set-then serve. Note: this may be mixed by hand but does not provide as smooth a texture then.
