Broccoli Salad Squares
1 pkg Refrigerated Crescent rolls (8oz) 3/4c mayo 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp vinegar (Wht or cider) 1 1/2 c Broccoli flowerets choppes 4 slices crisply cooked bacon chopped 2 tbsp red onion thinly sliced and quartered 1/4 c golden raisins (Optional) 1 tbsp sunflowerseed kernels
Preheat oven to 350
Unroll crescent dough (Do not seperate). Usingly Lightly flowered Roller roll dough on a 12x15 baking sheet. (I've used my fingers to do thins, just try to make the lines tight together).bake 12-15 minutes. remove from oven and cool.
In a 1 qt or larger bowl, mix mayo, sugar, vinegar and set aside. Spread mayo mix over top of crust. Sprinkle remaining ingrediants over top serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour. Use pizza cutter to cut.
Serves 12. (Or 2 college kids with good appatites).
