French Toast from the kitchen of: GG 3 eggs 1/2c Milk Cinnamon to taste 2 tsp Vanilla (optional) Whisk ingrediants together in bowl. Dip bread (I prefer thicker sliced breads like Texas toast) in Mixture. Traditional French Toast: Use a light coating of butter, margarine or Grapeseed oil to lubricate pan and prevent sticking.... Put on low/Medium heat. Heat 'til boths sides a warm golden brown.... Fried French Toast: Heat Oil/Vegitable shortening up in pan until liquid and water bounces across it when flicked from fingers (use caution when testing)... Place batter covered toast slices in pan and cook til golden brown. Top with your favorite fixings and Enjoy
