Pancakes from the kitchen of: GG 1 egg 1c flour 3/4c milk (For thinner pancakes add 1/4c more milk) 2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil 1 Tbsp Sugar 3 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp salt (optional) 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy, beat in other ingrediants until smooth. Fry up to preferance, Top with favorite fixings and enjoy... Alterations: Applesauce Pancakes: Decrease milk to 1/2c, add in 1/2c applesauce, 1/4tsp cinnamon. Apple Pie Pancakes: Remove Oil and add in 3-4 Large Spoon fulls of Natural Apple Preserves.... Add in 1/8 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Banana Pancakes: Add in 1 medium mashed banana & 1/4 tsp Nutmeg. Buttermilk Pancakes: Replace milk with 1c buttermilk, reduce baking poder to 1 tsp, add 1/2 tsp baking soda. Oatmeal Pancakes: Remove Flour and add in 1/2c whole wheat flour, 1/2c quick cooking oats, you may substitute 1/2 TBSP Honey for the sugar if so desired. Peach Pancakes: Peel, Pit & Mash 1 medium peach... Add to batter, add 1/4 tsp cinnamon. (also works well with apricots-Qty 2 to replace the peach) Whole Wheat Pancake: Substitute Whole wheat flour for regular flour, & Packed brown sugar for white sugar. For an extra treat try sprinkling small seeds (ie.. sesame, sunflower, safflower) on just before flipping. Yogurt Pankcakes: Replace milk with 1 1/4c unflavored yogurt, reduce baking powder to 2 tsp, add in 1/4 tsp baking soda.
