What does "worry" mean?
In your Reiki Healing
Does it mean worrying about an outcome? "Will my Reiki be effective?" "What if people don't like it" "What if the patient doesn't feel anything?" This type of worrying is a useless pursuit because you cannot, in any way, control the outcome of what you do with Reiki. The Reiki healer is first, and foremost a channel for the universal energy, a part of the healing process, but most certainly not the director, nor a judge who sits and evaluates the outcome.
The issue of trust runs even deeper though. Not trusting the outcome implies that you do not trust the the process by which the universal ki flows through you. You cannot control things that are beyond your control, nor should you wish to. You share in, and are part of this process. Worrying is needless and effectless.
In Your Life
On the other hand, is the worry about some problem? If you have some inkling of the answer to the problem then worrying is a waste of time. You need to try out your answer and see if it works. Even if you don't have the whole answer, once you begin working towards the answer, the next part will come naturally. Be patient and trust the process. You don't need to have the whole answer to begin working on the solution.
When you can work towards solving your problems, then worrying is needless. However if you cannot solve the problem at all, then worrying is pointless. No amount of worrying is going to make a bit of difference to your situation. It might make a difference to you, causing you stress, depression, tension and so on. None of these things will help you either. They can only harm you.
Do not worry. Trust that the outcome will be positive
